Our Staff

We employ a range of qualified staff who are experienced in childcare development and will ensure that your child has the best experience possible whilst at our nursery. We encourage student placements as additional members to the nursery crew. Our staffing requirements are set out by Ofsted and we comply with those regulations.

All of our staff have opportunities to further their development through formal training and on job mentoring. Staff are required to keep abreast of new developments in the child care industry and for continuous learning.

Our staff comply with our policies and Ofsted regulations. These nursery policies are available to parents and carers as part of our brochure. OFSTED regulations can be found on the OFSTED website.

All children at the nursery will have a member of staff who will be their named key worker and this staff member will be responsible for liaison with parents on a regular basis.

Benjamin Rabbit Nursery is an exciting development in the heart of a multi-cultural environment which has both areas of deprivation and vibrant development. The owner wishes to appoint  qualified and experienced staff as well as trainees.
As this is a developing nursery the owner requires individuals who will assist in progressing the nursery. This will include organising rooms, developing and performance managing qualified staff and trainees /students. Ensuring that all Ofsted Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements are fulfilled through on-going inspections. To be responsible for the creation of an enabling environment and curriculum so that children can have excellent learning experiences.  To  update and implement policies and procedures in line with the Statutory Framework. To effectively deliver a safe, hygienic nursery environment.

The nursery requires staff who want to deliver an outstanding environment for children and will be able to successfully market the nursery and ensure that occupancy rates rise. This will need to include developing good relations with parents/carers other professionals and the wider community.
