FEES ARE PAYABLE BY THE 7TH OF THE MONTH IN ADVANCE BY DIRECT DEBIT/BACS.

FULL TIME PLACES ARE CHARGED FOR 51 WEEKS OF THE YEAR TO ACCOUNT FOR PUBLIC AND BANK HOLIDAYS.
All full day prices include a breakfast, snacks, lunch and an afternoon tea. A session will include in the price a breakfast or afternoon tea. Our food is freshly prepared at the nursery, it is healthy and nutritious, and we cater for a range of dietary requirements. We also provide nappies and wipes included in the fees. (Please note all morning sessions will include a lunch but does not include the lunch fee of £5.50 which is an addition to the morning session cost, afternoon sessions do not include a lunch and is at the set rate above and does not include additional costs). We offer placements on a first come first served basis dependent on staffing and whether the child's needs can be met.
We calculate your bill by taking the daily rate and multiplying it by the amount of sessions you require. We then multiply by 52 weeks and divide by 12 months.
This will give you the same figure for every month. For example:
2 full days per week (7.30am to 6.30pm) for a child is £64.00 x 2 = £128 x 52weeks = £6656 divided by 12 months = £554.67 per month Free Early Education are free nursery sessions paid for by the government overseen by the local authority. We require to have seen your child’s birth certificate. This means that your child will become entitled to free early education nursery sessions over 38 weeks of the year and up to 15 hours per week once your child is 3 years old. You can start the term after their 3rd birthday and this continues until they start full time school. You can vary your hours but this must be finalised at the beginning of each term. We also facilitate stretched free sessions over a 51 week year. (please note Kent stretched hours are paid over a 48 week year so an additional payment may be required in June to cover the 51 week year) For the two year old scheme, 15 hours per week may be funded by the government over a 38 or 51 week year. These free sessions are subject to the approval of the local authority and on production of the relevant documentation. Please check if your child is entitled to National Savings payments, early years pupil premium, student grants or disability payments. You can go onto the childcare choices website for support or speak to the nursery manager. For families whose child are entitled to 30 hours free government funding, you will require your code which will be verified with Kent Council.
